Riolu is a small yet mighty baby Pokémon introduced in Generation IV, that has blue skin with black markings on its muzzle, belly, and legs, making it instantly recognizable among other Pokémon. His striking red eyes are surrounded by a black part of its fur, resembling a quirky yet cool mask. This playful and energetic creature has a unique ability to travel long distances on foot in a short amount of time without feeling tired.
