Tally Hall Joe Hawley and a Necktie

Being an essential part of the Tally Hall, Joseph Robert Hawley is known as the rhythm guitarist and one of the vocalists of that rock band. Interestingly enough, he was the one who proposed the name Tally Hall for their band. All five members have their own color of the necktie, and Joe's tie has a red color that seems to reflect his hot-tempered and extraordinary personality. Hawley is also a project director for Miracle Musical, with many of the songs coming from ideas and demos that were written with Tally Hall.
