The in-game description describes her as a mysterious person who claims to work for the Ministry of Civil Affairs. Elusive, enigmatic, erratic - all of these qualities are Yelan's hallmarks. She also claims to work for the Yanshang Teahouse but only uses it for her real job as an intelligence agent collaborating with Ningguang. Outside of work, Yelan has a calm and carefree life.
