Dog Man Flippy

Flippy is a supporting character in the Dog Man series. He appears as one of the two main antagonists in Dog Man: Unleashed and the main antagonist in Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties. This butterflyfish features psychokinetic powers which he gained due to the can of Supa Brain Dots, which toppled over and the brain dots fell into Flippy's fish bowl, causing Flippy's brain to grow 11 times larger.
