Cookie Run Cotton Cookie

Cotton Cookie is an Epic Cookie released in the first part of the Frost Witch and the Lantern in the Snow update. She is the protagonist of the Frost Crystals Event Story, where she tried to save her friend Sherbet Cookie with the windflower and ended up meeting Frost Queen Cookie.
