Joe Cuppa is a comedian, who appears for the first time in the You're Everybody's Sidekick episode. This character is the only person in the series, who doesn't have any special powers. He was known for his good humor, but over time, his popularity waned. After this, Joe Cuppa learns how he can use his jokes to fight with bad guys.
