Mochi Cakes

A delicious Japanese rice cake dessert on a stick marumochi or as we know it Mochi cake. In Japan, this delicious dessert is traditionally made in a ceremony called mochitsuki, and it's considered a festive snack during the Japanese New Year. But as it became a favorite snack it can be enjoyed all around the year and even gained seasonal specialties.
