Black Lady is an older version of Chibiusa Tsukino or Sailor Chibi Moon, the daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion, who was corrupted by Wiseman in the anime Sailor Moon R and became evil. There she became a servant of Death Phantom. She was absorbed by the Evil Black Crystal, and turned into Black Lady, under the control of Wiseman.
