Pokemon Chatot

Chatot is a dual-type Normal/Flying Pokémon introduced in Generation IV, which is not known to evolve into or from any other Pokémon. Chatot is an avian Pokémon similar to a parakeet. Its head is black and resembles the eighth note, while its black tail resembles a metronome.
