Choi Seung Cheol who is better known by his stage name S.Coups is a South Korean rapper working under Pledis Entertainment. S.Coups was born in 1995 in Daegu, South Korea, and was the youngest in his family with one older brother. He was meant to debut several times before joining SEVENTEEN.
