Cute Cauliflower

This wonderful smiling vegetable is called Cauliflower and it is not only very delicious but also incredibly healthy and dietary. It is not the leaves that should be taken for food, as in ordinary cabbage, but the head, which can be yellow, white, or even purple! Such adorable cauliflower can be pickled, frozen, fermented, baked, fried, or added as a cute cursor for a mouse!
