Plants vs. Zombies Tangle Kelp

Tangle Kelp is a recurring character in the PvZ franchise. He is one of the few aquatic plants in the series alongside Lily Pad, Sea-shroom, and Cattail and based on kelp - large brown algae Laminariales seaweeds with long, stringy leaves.
