Melancholy Hill, also known simply as Mel, is the main villain of The Gaslight District animated series, produced by Glitch Productions. This green-skinned monster, with straight orange hair tied in a high ponytail, appears in the cartoon as the newest member of The Smiling Dead, the undead mafia gang. She is also famous as the central figure of the Human Egg Prophecy that predicts the destruction of the Gaslight District. Acting like a ruthless and heartless being, she often shoots at other people and enjoys it as if it's just a funny game.
